Sovereign AI, rooted in the Nordics

We help businesses and government agencies take full control over how they use AI. We do it through our AI platform, through consulting on AI and AI infrastructure, and through workshops for leadership and technical teams.

We are rooted in the Nordics: data stays local, and decisions and accountability stay with the customer. Most often we build in the customer’s own environment, sometimes in Swedish or European clouds. What matters is that the customer owns the choices, not where the server sits.

We are a young company with long experience behind us. As one of the first in the team, you help shape both what we deliver and how the company grows.

Thomas Ljungfeldt

CEO & Co-Founder

With 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Thomas leads enrooted. Among other things, he co-founded and built one of the leading Kubernetes expert companies in the Nordics. He now brings that experience of building and running modern infrastructure to enrooted, with the goal of enabling Swedish businesses and government agencies to use AI with full control over their data, their models and their operations.

Kenneth Albinsson

CTO & Co-Founder

With 30 years of experience in IT infrastructure, from Unix to Kubernetes and AI, Kenneth leads technology at enrooted. He has co-founded both a Unix expert company and a Kubernetes expert company. Kenneth has also served as Head of AI at a publicly listed IT company. At enrooted he builds local AI on open models, so that customers get powerful AI that runs in their own environment and under their own control.
