Två format. Ledningen får beslutsunderlag, teamet får en arkitektur att bygga på. Båda utgår från era data.

Ledning: problemet med shadow AI och hur det kan hanteras
Tekniskt team: MCP, RAG, agenter och harness på er arkitektur
Tekniskt team: inferens, välj rätt modell och GPU-dimensionering

Fyra steg, inget stort projekt

Kartläggning

Två veckor. Vi går igenom källor, krav och befintlig infrastruktur och levererar en prioriterad lista.

Pilot

Sex till åtta veckor. Ett skarpt användningsfall på era data, i er miljö, med mätbart resultat.

03

Drift

Vi sätter grunden i produktion: behörigheter, skyddsräcken, loggning och utvärdering.

04

Skala

Bygg vidare på det som fungerar. Ni äger harnessen och kan enkelt byta till en annan modell.
